The Role:

We are currently seeking an Automotive Photographer / Digital Merchandising Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines a passion for automobiles with strong photography skills, technical proficiency across multiple platforms, and a high level of independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Photography & Video Capture high-quality photographs and videos of dealership inventory for online listings, digital marketing campaigns, and social media platforms. Vehicle Presentation Prepare and stage vehicles to ensure optimal appearance, including attention to lighting, angles, and highlighting key features. Online Inventory Management Upload, organize, and manage media assets and vehicle details across inventory management systems and dealership websites. Digital Merchandising Maintain a visually consistent and appealing digital showroom by accurately recording and updating inventory data, including trim levels, options, colors, mileage, and equipment. Trend Awareness Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in automotive photography and digital merchandising. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales managers, marketing teams, and inventory staff to ensure vehicles are accurately represented and promptly published online.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

Photography Experience Proven experience in automotive or product photography, supported by a strong portfolio. Technical Proficiency Skilled in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop; comfortable working with inventory management systems and online platforms. Attention to Detail Exceptional eye for quality and consistency, ensuring every vehicle is accurately and attractively presented. Adaptability Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, adjusting to varying lighting and weather conditions. Automotive Enthusiasm Strong interest in the automotive industry with an understanding of vehicle features and differentiation. Independent Work Style Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time effectively while meeting deadlines. Physical Requirements Comfortable working outdoors and able to lift and carry light photography equipment as needed.
