We travel to tournaments across the country, capturing athletes in action & creating professional-quality posters and keepsakes that families can take home the same day. We're looking for motivated, reliable, outgoing people who love sports & want more than a typical 9-5 job. Photography experience is a plus, but it is not required.. we can train the right person. What You'll Do Photograph athletes during youth sports tournaments Capture high-quality action & portrait-style images Interact professionally with athletes, coaches, & families Assist with designing & printing custom sports posters on-site Set up & break down photography/printing equipment Represent the Pelico brand professionally at events Work as part of a fast-moving event team Travel to tournaments & events when needed What We're Looking For People who are: Reliable & punctual Energetic & comfortable working around large groups Friendly & confident talking to parents, athletes, & coaches Comfortable working independently Willing to learn photography & our production system Detail-oriented & able to work in a fast-paced environment Available primarily on weekends Comfortable standing & moving around for extended periods Passionate about sports, photography, or both Photography experience is NOT required.
