We are trusted by the largest real estate, hospitality, and healthcare companies in the world to digitally showcase, market, and map their properties. Working with LCP Media ► You will get to work with some of the biggest names in the Multifamily Industry ► You will also have the ability to set your schedule and determine your own hours ► Our operations team will handle all the scheduling between you and the client ► No need to do any editing or stitching - we do all post production in house ► Quick payment time Summary As a real estate photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images per client specifications. This role requires core skills in real estate tour photography, and you will be assuming a 1099 status with our company for occasional contract work. You will collaborate with our operations team to understand their vision and ensure that the final product aligns with our client's expectations. Your relevant comprehension of art direction will enhance your ability to deliver compelling visual content. Join our team to create stunning imagery that resonates with audiences and elevates brand presence. Responsibilities Capture high-quality photographs using a DSLR camera and wide angle zoom lens, ensuring attention to detail and composition. Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored photographic solutions. Manage post-production process of uploading images (no editing required) Stay updated on photography trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and service offerings. Requirements ► Own two full frame DSLR or mirrorless camera bodies, a wide angle zoom lens, tripod, leveler, and remote shutter trigger ► Have flexible availability to accommodate our client's schedules; Mon-Fri preferred beginning at 10am ► Able to professionally interact with our clients at each job site ► Be highly responsive to our project management team - be able to quickly respond to communication through email, phone, or text ► Perform up to our standards providing consistent high quality files ► Communicate effectively throughout the project from start to finish ► Reliable Transportation ► Physical requirements - standing/walking for 1-6 hours
