Job Description

Lauren Studios is one of the country's leading college yearbook portrait photography companies, proudly partnered with prestigious universities such as Yale, Stanford, UC Berkeley, the University of Michigan, and over 50 more universities across the country. We're currently seeking a personable, talented, and reliable photographer to join our team full-time and photograph graduating seniors at universities in Mass. This is an exciting opportunity to capture a meaningful milestone in students' lives while working in a professional and supportive environment.
Key Details Training:
August 17-20, 2026 , includes 4 days of paid training in
Boston, MA Start Date:
Sep 7, 2026
Locations:
Western New England University, Smith College, College of the
Holy Cross, Assumption University, Williams College Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9-5, with an unpaid 1-hour lunch break
Duration:
August through December, with potential for extension
Compensation:
$17/hour; plus an additional $5/hour bonus for each hour worked during the season (given after the completion of the season) Mileage provided when working at a university besides your designated home base school(s)
Equipment:
All photography gear is provided Requirements Mandatory travel to all universities Reliable , insured vehicle with a valid driver's license Ability to travel to Boston, MA for training Photography experience and portfolio required Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills Comfortable directing and posing individuals How to Apply Please email the following to sara@laurenstudios.
