This role blends customer service with hands-on photography, design, and photo editing knowledge, helping clients troubleshoot orders, prep files in Photoshop, and get the most out of our products, all while representing a partner-first approach to every interaction. WHCC is a professional photo and press printing lab offering a high-energy, positive work environment. Requirements Background in photography or the photographic industry Minimum 1 year of B2B customer service experience Confident handling both inbound and outbound client calls, without relying on a script Strong written communication skills for client email correspondence Proficient in Photoshop and general computer skills; familiarity with Lightroom, Affinity, or Canva a plus Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM Competencies Empathetic Problem Solver Demonstrates Initiative Flexible Photoshop and/or Lightroom Enthusiast Positive People Person Detail Oriented and ability to Multitask Team Player Comes with a side of perks Be cool at work - Work in a modern, well-lit, clean, and climate-controlled production facility.
