This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to craft compelling imagery and engaging videos that captivate audiences across various platforms. You will be responsible for executing high-quality photography and videography, managing post-production workflows, and collaborating closely with clients to bring their visions to life. Responsibilities Capture stunning photographs and videos using professional photography lighting equipment and videography techniques, ensuring optimal shot composition and lighting. Operate commercial drone equipment safely for aerial videography flight operations, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Edit and manipulate images using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools to achieve desired artistic effects and color accuracy through expert color management. Conduct post-production editing including photo retouching, video editing with Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro, and color grading to enhance visual storytelling. Manage social media content creation by editing visuals, writing engaging captions, and scheduling posts to maximize audience engagement. Collaborate with clients on art direction, shot selection, and project timelines to ensure their vision is realized effectively. Maintain photography gear, lighting equipment, and drone devices; perform regular checks to ensure optimal functionality for filming and photography sessions. Qualifications Proven experience in photography, videography, and post-production workflows with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects. Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and related editing software. Knowledge of color theory, color management techniques, and image processing best practices. Skilled in shot composition, lighting setup for photography shoots, and visual storytelling principles. Experience operating commercial drones safely for aerial videography flight operations in compliance with regulations. Strong client communication skills with the ability to interpret artistic direction effectively. Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies for content distribution.
