Hourly We are looking for a creative, professional, and reliable Personal Branding Photographer & Video Content Creator to work directly with the agency owner on an ongoing basis. This position will focus primarily on creating high-quality photos and short-form video content for the owner's personal and professional brand. We are looking for someone who has a strong creative eye and understands how to create content that looks natural, polished, professional, and engaging on social media. What You'll Do Photograph several times per week. Create professional portraits, lifestyle photos, behind-the-scenes content, and candid images. Film short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Help develop creative ideas for videos and photo sessions. Recommend locations, poses, angles, lighting, and compositions. Capture content during professional meetings, events, business activities, and other appropriate settings. Help create a consistent visual style for the personal brand. Edit photos and short videos when needed. Organize and deliver high-quality photos and video footage. Stay current with social media trends and creative content styles. Provide professional direction while filming and photographing. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Experienced in photography, videography, or social media content creation. Comfortable photographing and filming people. Creative and able to bring new ideas to each session. Familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form video. Professional, punctual, dependable, and easy to work with. Comfortable working one-on-one with the agency owner. Able to provide direction and help create natural-looking content. Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work. Able to work independently. Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Personal branding photography Executive or entrepreneur photography Social media content creation Reels and TikTok production Portrait and lifestyle photography Video editing Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software Schedule This is an ongoing part-time position . We are looking for someone who can work with us several times per week , with scheduling coordinated around availability and content needs. Some sessions may be short photo/video sessions, while others may involve attending a professional event, meeting, or activity to capture content.
