ZB Media is looking for a dependable, positive, and customer-focused Real Estate Media Specialist to join our growing team in the Charlotte area. This is an exciting opportunity to become our first foundational shooter and play an important role in helping build our real estate media team. We are not looking for someone with the most impressive portfolio, we are looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, personality, and willingness to learn. If you enjoy working with people, take pride in doing things the right way, and want to build valuable photography and media skills, this could be a great fit. You do not need previous professional photography experience. We provide structured training, hands-on practice, and mentorship to teach you our systems, shooting standards, and workflows from the ground up. What You'll Do Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments Capture professional real estate photos, floor plans, and 3D tours using our structured shooting process Learn and perform additional services including drone photography and video Communicate professionally with real estate agents, homeowners, and clients Provide a positive, professional experience at every appointment Follow detailed checklists and company processes consistently Organize and upload media after appointments using your computer and internet connection Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout every shoot Represent ZB Media's brand and values in the field This is an active, people-focused role where every appointment is different. You will spend your time traveling to homes, working independently, meeting new people, and creating media that helps clients market their properties. Schedule & Availability Part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week Consistent weekly availability is required Availability must fall within standard daytime hours, approximately 9 AM-5 PM Must be available for scheduled appointments and occasional changes based on client needs Must live within approximately 30 miles of Uptown Charlotte, NC This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility and understands that real estate is a schedule-driven business rather than a traditional fixed-hour position. Hours are not guaranteed and vary depending on season and demand. Compensation & Benefits Paid training provided: $15/hour Standard Photo + Floor Plan + 3D Tour shoots: Starting at $20 per scheduled unit (Each unit represents approximately 60 minutes of on-site time) After FAA Part 107 drone certification: $25 per unit After becoming proficient with video services: $30 per unit Mileage reimbursement: $0.40/mile Part-time schedule with opportunity for additional growth Opportunity to develop photography, videography, drone, and real estate media skills Potential growth into a Lead Media Specialist role with additional compensation and leadership responsibilities A reliable vehicle is required, as this role involves driving between appointments. Travel outside your immediate area may occasionally be required, with mileage reimbursement provided. Because drone services are an important part of the role, obtaining an FAA Part 107 drone certification within the first 4 weeks is required .
