A self-made, seven-figure female entrepreneur with a substantial track record in real estate, investing, and business is ready to get more visible, and she is looking for the right person behind the camera to capture her vision with a creative lens. But her businesses are only a part of who she is. In her younger years she got into competitive team dance and hip-hop choreography and fell in love with it. She let dance go while building her businesses, and a little over a year ago she dove deep back into her artistic roots. She is now competing in street style partner dance, exploring the solo freestyle scene, and embracing an artistic journey that is as real and raw as it gets. The right person will be excited to help her share that journey and artistic vision with the world. She is also an outdoor enthusiast: rock climbing, scuba diving, skiing, paddling, and cycling are all part of her world. When the moment calls for it, the right person will be comfortable getting outdoors and capturing the shot. Social media is just the starting point. The vision goes much further, and this role will grow with it. .

THE IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY

She is traveling to Atlanta for a highly visible international street dance competition audition on the evening of Saturday, May 16th, followed by a street style partner dance competition the following weekend, May 21st through the 25th. We know this is short notice, but if the timing works and this feels like your kind of adventure, it could be the perfect way to dive in and start capturing something real from the very beginning. .

WHAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY GETTING

An incredible opportunity to work closely with and learn directly from a self-made, seven-figure entrepreneur who is just getting started on her biggest chapters yet, with direct access to serious players, real deals, and a behind the scenes look at what it actually takes to build something real. A portfolio spanning multiple companies, personal branding for a female founder who has built multiple companies, real estate content, street dance, and cat and animal rescue content that will genuinely set you apart. International travel will become part of this role, with her long term plans for international home bases. This role is about being part of something big with no limit to where it will go, and being rewarded with experience and access that money cannot buy. .

THE ROLE

You will be her right hand person for all photo and video, working closely and directly with her to bring her visions to life. This is a full-time role with lighter hours up front as we get things going.

Business and real estate content:

events, deals, listing photos, and behind the scenes. Interviews with other founders, investors, millionaires, and heavy hitters. Personal brand and lifestyle photography across her business and artistic journey. Dance events, competitions, collaborations, and artistic dance videos. Travel and adventure content as the brand grows. Cat and animal content as her sanctuary vision begins to take shape. Help evaluate and build out content workflows, figuring out what AI tools can handle versus where human talent is needed. Flexibility and willingness to be in front of the camera is appreciated in this startup culture and may be necessary especially during travel. As the creative team grows, there will be a natural opportunity to help shape and lead that effort. .

WHAT YOU BRING

Strong technical foundation in film and video production, formal training through a BFA, AAS, or equivalent preferred. Comfortable shooting both commercial and personal content, from real estate and events to portraits, lifestyle, and dance. Fresh creative ideas and a collaborative mindset. Comfort shooting in unscripted, fast-moving, real life environments. Solid editing skills and the ability to bring a vision to life in post. Enthusiasm for AI tools and emerging technology in content creation workflows. Real estate photography, social media content creation, short form video, and long form or documentary style filmmaking experience are a plus. Recent graduates with a strong portfolio and a hunger to make their mark are encouraged to apply. Exceptional self-taught candidates with a strong portfolio will be considered as well. .
