We are a growing real estate media company hiring a dependable, outgoing, and professional Real Estate Photographer to serve Hickory and surrounding areas. No professional photography experience is required. We provide paid training and can teach the technical side of real estate photography, drone photography, and video. What matters most to us is strong communication, reliability, professionalism, customer service, and a willingness to learn. This is a full-time W-2 position , not a freelance photography role or side gig. We are looking for someone who can fully commit to the position and grow with our team. What You'll Do Travel to residential properties for scheduled real estate photography appointments Capture interior and exterior property photos using company guidelines Provide a friendly, professional experience for real estate agents and homeowners Upload media after appointments Follow company systems, shot lists, and quality standards Learn additional services such as drone photography and real estate video Work independently while staying responsive to the team Schedule and Service Area You must be available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM . This position typically offers 30 to 40 hours per week , depending on booking volume.

We primarily serve:

Hickory Lenoir Morganton Candidates located in Hickory, Lenoir, Taylorsville, Newton, or Conover are encouraged to apply. Average drive time is approximately 30 minutes, with some appointments up to about one hour away.

Compensation Paid training:

$20/hour Drone certified: $25/hour Video capable: $30/hour Mileage reimbursement: $0.30 per mile between appointments Hourly pay begins at the start of your first appointment and continues through the end of your final appointment of the day.
