Job Description
Busy retina and general ophthalmology practice is hiring for the following positions:
OPHTHALMIC SCRIBE
The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:- Knowledge of ophthalmic diagnosis
- Knowledge of diagnostics testing (OCT, Fundus Photos, Fluorescein Angiography, and Visual Field).
OPHTHAMIC TECHNICIAN
- Obtain and document patient medical history/vitals in EMR
- Dilation and checking visual acuity
MEDICAL PHOTOGRAPHER
- Perform ophthalmic photography including OCT, OCT-A, Fundus Photos, Red-free imaging, Auto-fluorescein imaging.
- Perform fluorescein and ICG angiography, Visual Field, VEP and ERG
- Label and upload images to reading centers
- Ensure proper cleaning/maintenance of all photography equipment
- Demonstrate understanding of specific images to capture based on patients' pathology/diagnosis All candidates must have reliable transportation.
