TSS Photography is looking for outgoing, organized, and energetic Photo Day Managers to join our team! We currently have opportunities available for both Sports Photo Days and School Photo Days . This is not a photography position . The Photo Day Manager is responsible for keeping everything organized behind the scenes so our photographers can focus on taking great photos and families, athletes, students, coaches, and school staff have a smooth experience. What You'll Do As a Photo Day Manager, you'll be the person who keeps Photo Day moving.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and communicating with coaches, teams, school staff, students, and parents Keeping teams or students organized and ready for their photographs Directing groups to the correct photography stations Maintaining an efficient flow and keeping Photo Day on schedule Communicating with photographers and other TSS staff throughout the event Helping answer basic Photo Day questions Identifying and solving small issues before they disrupt the schedule Creating a positive, upbeat, and professional atmosphere We're Looking for Someone Who Is Outgoing and comfortable talking to people Friendly, happy, and energetic Highly organized Confident giving directions to groups Comfortable working with children of all ages Able to stay calm and organized in a busy environment Dependable and punctual Comfortable being on their feet and moving throughout the event A strong communicator and team player You don't need photography experience. We'll train you on our Photo Day process and exactly how we want events managed. Two Types of Positions Available Sports Photo Day Manager Work with youth sports leagues to organize teams, coaches, athletes, and photography stations. Sports Photo Days are primarily held on weekends and some weeknights . School Photo Day Manager Work with school staff and our photography team to organize classes and students while maintaining an efficient schedule throughout the school day. School Photo Days are primarily held on weekdays during school hours . Candidates may work Sports Photo Days, School Photo Days, or both , depending on availability. Schedule & Travel We photograph throughout New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania , and our schedule is generally provided 4-6 weeks in advance .
