Job Description

Photographer / Team Lead Cavanaugh Photography, a local leader in school and volume photography, is seeking an experienced Photographer / Team Lead to join our full-time team.

Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of experience in school and volume photography. Strong knowledge of studio lighting and portrait photography. Experience with candid and sports event photography. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and support a team. Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Schedule & Work Environment:

Some evenings and weekends required during busy seasons. Early morning availability during school picture day season (especially in fall). Work at both office and on-location photography events.

Salary:

$40,000 - $45,000, commensurate with experience
