Build Your Career Outside the Four Walls Easy Wireless is expanding its outreach team and is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting new people and making an impact in their communities. As an Outreach Specialist , you'll work directly in rural communities, helping eligible individuals connect with free wireless service through the Lifeline Program. Every day brings a new location, new customers, and new opportunities to succeed. What You'll Do Represent Easy Wireless at community outreach locations throughout your assigned territory. Engage prospective customers and explain available Lifeline services. Qualify applicants and complete electronic enrollments. Activate devices and assist new customers with basic setup. Set up and maintain professional outreach locations using company-provided equipment. Build relationships within the communities you serve. Meet and maintain established performance standards while providing outstanding customer service.
