Real Estate Photographer & Videographer - Gear Provided | $20-$45/hr | Drew Media (Central Oregon)

4 days/week (flexible, varies weekly)
Pay:
Hourly+ Commission. Bonus Opportunities available as well. About the Role Drew Media is a fast-growing real estate photography and media company based in Central Oregon. We produce high-quality listing photos, video, 3D tours, drone work, and floor plans for real estate, short-term rentals, and commercial spaces. We're looking for a motivated, personable, and dependable individual to join our team, no professional photography experience required . This is a hands-on, client-facing role with full training and all equipment provided. If you enjoy people, working independently, and building strong relationships with clients, this position could be a great fit. We Provide Paid training and onboarding Camera, drone, 3D scanner, and gear Flexible scheduling Mileage reimbursement Guaranteed 20 paid hours/week during slow season Responsibilities Capture photos, video, drone, floor plans, and 3D tours Follow style guides and shooting checklists Travel to 1-4 properties per day Upload content via Dropbox after each day's shoots Communicate professionally with clients and team Requirements Excellent customer service skills Reliable car, valid driver's license, and insurance Based in Central Oregon (Bend/Redmond preferred) Available 4 days/week with flexible scheduling Have / Willing to obtain FAA Part 107 license within 30 days of hire (reimbursement available)
