Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Photographer & Social Media Assistant to join our creative team! In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that showcase our products in the best light, both visually appealing and true to life. Your expertise will help elevate our brand's visual storytelling across multiple platforms, including e-commerce, social media, and marketing campaigns. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical photography skills with creative art direction, ensuring every product image resonates with our audience and drives engagement. Social Media stills are a must! We need someome with experience in photography and videography who would like to help us create engaging social media content for both of our brands: Jesse James Beads and Dress It Up Button Shop. Please Include a link to your portfolio or Photography samples when applying . Candidates without portfolios or work samples will not be considered for the position. Responsibilities Capture compelling product images using professional photography techniques, ensuring consistency in lighting, composition, and style. Assist our creative team in shooting, designing, and planning social media campaigns. Video experience with short-form content. Conduct post-production editing using tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop to enhance image quality, manipulate photos when necessary, and maintain brand standards. Collaborate with the marketing and art teams to develop creative concepts and visual themes for product shoots. Manage color accuracy through effective color management practices, ensuring images are true to the actual products. Stay updated on current photography trends, lighting techniques, and editing software to continually improve the quality of product imagery. Requirements Proven experience in professional product photography with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill and creativity. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, and Capture One for editing and post-production workflows. Knowledge of color theory, color management, and photo manipulation techniques to produce vibrant, accurate images. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to operate professional camera equipment and lighting setups efficiently in studio or on-location environments. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on photo editing, photo manipulation, and maintaining high-quality standards across all visuals. Position is part-time with flexible days.

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
