Job Description
Do you enjoy sports, working with youth athletes, and being part of exciting game-day environments? TSS Photography is looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our Youth Sports Photography Team. We photograph youth sports leagues, travel teams, tournaments, all-star teams, and special sporting events throughout New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. Photography experience is preferred but not required. We provide paid training and are looking for great people first and photographers second. Responsibilities Photograph individual athletes and teams Guide athletes through poses and expressions Create a fun and professional experience for families Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Maintain photography equipment and event setup Follow established TSS Photography workflows and standards What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality Comfortable speaking with athletes, parents, and coaches Dependable and punctual Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation Weekend availability Preferred Experience Photography experience Coaching or youth sports experience Working with children and families Event photography experience Schedule Most assignments take place on weekends, with occasional weekday evening events.
