This role offers the opportunity to showcase your creativity, technical expertise, and passion for capturing compelling images. As a freelance contributor, you will work independently to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our vision and project goals. Your work will help elevate our brand and engage audiences through stunning imagery. Responsibilities Capture professional-quality photographs across diverse settings Manage all aspects of post-production editing Utilize lighting techniques and photography gear to achieve optimal shot composition and color accuracy Edit and manipulate images to enhance visual storytelling, applying color management principles and color theory for consistent results Expert communication. While we will speak to our clients and builders to attain permission for photography, scheduling the shoot with each client is the responsibility of the photographer. Relaying appointment and deliverable timeframes with ACC is a must Experience Proven experience in professional photography with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles including commercial work Skilled in post-production techniques including photo editing, image processing, photo manipulation, and color correction Strong understanding of shot composition, lighting equipment setup, and visual storytelling principles to produce engaging content Excellent client communication skills with the ability to interpret project needs clearly and deliver exceptional results on time We view this as a flexible position rather than a full-time obligation, meaning that we expect 1-2 sites to be shot per week, which is ultimately dependent on the availability of builders and homeowners that have agreed to allow us to photograph their space.
