Job Summary If you're looking for a fun, hands-on role that combines customer interaction, client celebrations, and event services, join our team as a Photo Booth Attendant at First Verse Productions! No experience necessary! No equipment needed! We will provide full training and equipment for events. We are seeking fun and charismatic Photo Booth Attendants to join our team at First Verse Productions. As a Photo Booth Attendant, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and breaking down the photo booth at various events. You will engage with guests to ensure they have a fun and memorable experience, helping them take photos, print pictures, create guest books, and share their images through different methods. This position requires a high-energy individual who loves working with large groups of people, especially families and children, and thrives in various event settings. You ensure everything is in perfect order, from setting up the booth to assisting guests with photo printing and ensuring the booth operates smoothly throughout the event. Maintain a clean workspace for guests.
Flexible & Available:
You're available to work weekends and occasional weekdays, with reliable transportation to various event locations. Willing to work with teammates to assist when needed.
Key Responsibilities Pick Up, Set Up & Break Down:
Responsible for picking up and returning all equipment before and after events. Set up and break down the photo booth, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition before and after events.
Guest Interaction:
Engage with guests in a fun and welcoming manner, encouraging them to participate in the photo booth and assisting with props and photo captures. Assist with
Photos:
Help guests take photos and ensure that prints are delivered promptly. Provide support in sending digital photos to clients through email, text, or other preferred methods.
Technical Assistance:
Troubleshoot any minor technical issues that arise during the event with assistance from our tech support team.
Maintain Supplies:
Ensure adequate stock of printer paper and other materials, replacing them when needed during the event. Notify team will equipment issues arise.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive, patient, and friendly demeanor throughout the event, even during long hours with children or large groups.
Event Support:
Assist with taking videos and photos of the event setup, guest interactions, and our team working at the event.
Job Requirements and Qualifications Experience:
Previous event or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and bend or squat when necessary.
Technology:
Must be comfortable with basic photo booth technology and assisting with digital photo distribution.
Reliable Transportation:
Must have your own car to transport equipment and travel to various event locations.
Weekend Availability:
Must be available to work weekends and some weekdays, with events typically lasting between 4 and 10 hours.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with guests, clients, and team members in a professional and friendly manner.
Work Ethic:
Must provide the best guest experience, showing up on time, and remaining focused during events. No distractions (e.g., texting or checking social media) while on duty.
Tech Savvy:
Ability to quickly learn and operate event-related technology such as photo booths and printers, with the option for training on specific systems.
Pay:
$16.50 - $18.00 per hour
