Duties Capture high-resolution photographs of residential and commercial properties, focusing on shot composition, lighting, and detail to maximize visual appeal Film engaging video tours, aerial footage using commercial drone operations, and promotional clips that highlight property features and neighborhood amenities Conduct post-production editing using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools to enhance images and videos with color correction, photo manipulation, and visual effects Manage color management workflows to ensure consistent and accurate color reproduction across all media Operate photography lighting equipment and aerial drones safely during filming sessions in compliance with aviation regulations Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, provide art direction, and deliver tailored visual content that meets marketing objectives Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, creating engaging content, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across platforms Skills Expertise in photography techniques including shot composition, lighting setup, and image processing using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One, and related software Proficiency in videography including filming techniques, video editing with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, and storytelling through motion visuals Strong knowledge of color theory and color management to produce vibrant yet natural-looking images and videos Experience with aerial videography flight operations using commercial drones while adhering to safety protocols and regulations Familiarity with photography gear such as cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, stabilizers, and accessories for professional shoots Ability to manipulate images creatively through photo editing software for enhanced visual storytelling Excellent client communication skills to understand needs clearly and deliver exceptional results promptly Knowledge of social media management strategies for real estate marketing campaigns Understanding of journalism principles for authentic storytelling through visuals Basic sales skills to promote services effectively and build lasting client relationships Join us if you're passionate about transforming spaces into captivating visual stories!
