Jet Media Productions is a Florida real estate media company now shooting in Jacksonville. We already have the bookings from established brokerages. We need reliable local photographers to shoot homes and drone. We handle the clients, scheduling and all editing. You shoot, upload before you leave the property, and move on. What you do

• Shoot interiors (5-bracket exposures on a tripod) and exteriors from our shot list
• Fly a short drone set on most homes (about 8 shots)
• Upload the files before leaving the property
• About 40 to 90 minutes on site per home Pay
• $90 per shoot to start, $100 after 5 clean shoots, $110 after 20 ($100 bonus pay if the client needs a 3d scan)
• Paid weekly
• Independent contractor (1099) Requirements
• FAA Part 107 certificate (required, no exceptions)
• Your own drone
• Camera with exposure bracketing, a wide lens (10-12mm crop or 16-24mm full frame) and a sturdy tripod
• General liability insurance, or willingness to get it before your first shoot.
• Reliable vehicle and weekday availability, including next-day bookings
• Willingness to pass a background check (you will be inside clients' homes) Nice to have
• Real estate photography experience
• Comfortable with LAANC airspace authorizations No editing.

No chasing clients. Steady work if you're on time and follow the shot list.
