ROOFING SALES REPRESENTATIVE

close per week = ~$1,200/wk | ~$60,000/year 2 closes per week = ~$2,400/wk | ~$120,000/year 3 closes per week = ~$3,600/wk | ~$180,000/year Based on a ~$12,000 average contract (architectural shingles, Upstate SC 2026). No earning cap. Most new reps close 1 to 2 jobs their first month and build from there. The reps who commit to the process are the ones who reach these numbers. 12% commission on our base tier shingle. 15% on our two upper tier options. WHO THIS IS BUILT FOR
We are going to be straight with you. Avodah is not a finished machine with a corporate handbook and a warm leads queue waiting for you. We are a licensed Upstate SC contractor in growth mode and we are looking for people who want to help build something, not punch a clock inside something that already exists. The reps who come on board now are the ones who will know this territory, shape how we operate, and benefit most as the business scales. If you have put in the work somewhere else and felt like you were not getting what you are worth, this is a different conversation. Your earnings here are entirely in your hands.WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work targeted neighborhood selections based on home age and zip code
- Inspect residential roofs, assess condition, gather measurements
- Quote and close on the spot using our quoting app. Pricing auto-calculates, contract signed right there.
- Own the full client relationship from first knock to final walkthrough
- Be on site at job completion.
IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Prior roofing experience — sales, estimating, or installation preferred not required
- Door-to-door or in-home sales experience a plus
- Personable, professional, and low-pressure.
REQUIREMENTS
- Drone path: any reliable vehicle in reasonably clean condition, the drone, insurance, and measuring software subscription
- Traditional path: reliable truck capable of carrying your own ladder, insurance
- Smartphone or tablet capable of running our quoting app
- Valid driver's license and ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor
- Drone path: $250,000 drone liability insurance with Avodah LLC listed as Additional Insured. Certificate of insurance required before first day in the field.
- Traditional path: $500,000 general liability insurance with Avodah LLC listed as Additional Insured.
Pay:
$60,000.00- $180,000.
