We take cab chassis from OEMs like Ford and Harbinger and build configurable vehicle systems on top, serving mobile healthcare, RVs, command centers, food and beverage, pet care, and more. Our customers include Colgate, Nokia, the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, and Portland PD. We've raised ~$5M in VC funding and are shipping vehicles in market today. We also build our own software: a mobile app, fleet dashboard, and onboard computer system that lets customers monitor and control vehicle systems remotely. We design, fabricate, and assemble everything in-house at our facility in Corktown. About the Role We're building genuinely cinematic things — electric RVs, mobile clinics, command centers, food trucks — and the shop floor where they come together is full of moments nobody's capturing. We're looking for a videographer/photographer to change that: someone who shoots and edits their own work, delivers fast, and makes the factory and the finished vehicles look as good as they deserve. This is a shooting-and-editing role, not a strategy role. Some days you'll work from a shot list and direction from the team; other days you'll roam the build floor and find the content yourself. Either way, what leaves your desk is a finished cut ready to post. What you'd actually do Shoot photo and video on-site: builds in progress, finished vehicles, customer deliveries, and behind-the-scenes content Edit everything to a high standard on a quick turnaround — fast delivery matters as much as the final cut Work in flexible setups: sometimes from a shot list and direction from the team, sometimes staying alert and engaged with the build floor to shoot self-directed content Turn vehicle reveals and customer deliveries into short-form video that actually holds attention Capture stills for the website, decks, and ads alongside video Keep raw footage and finished assets organized in a media library — nothing gets lost on a hard drive Deliver finished cuts ready to post — no separate editor needed downstream What we're looking for A real portfolio of work you personally shot and edited, not just directed or produced Genuinely skilled with a camera — comfortable with a variety of formats and lighting conditions, and able to make tricky spaces and environments look stunning Fast, clean editing in Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, or similar A strong visual eye — you can make a factory floor look cinematic Self-directed once you have a shot list — you don't need hand-holding to get a great result Based in or able to be on-site in Detroit — this role can't be remote Nice-to-haves Automotive, hardware, or manufacturing shoot experience Color grading experience Basic motion graphics or design (After Effects, Figma) Sound design or mixing for short-form video Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Equity in the company
