We work with agents and rental managers, and we're adding a shooter now. We're looking for one independent contractor who can shoot a house properly, and we care about that more than anything else on this page. You shoot. You do not edit. We handle the booking, the billing, the editing and the delivery, so there is no culling marathon at midnight, no blending, no window pulls, and no client revisions landing in your inbox. You shoot, upload, and move on. If you have ever lost a weekend to an edit backlog, that is the part of this job we have already taken off your plate. What the work is. Listing photography with interiors and exteriors shot in five bracket sequences, drone stills and short aerial clips, twilight shoots, and 3D tours on Matterport and Zillow Showcase.

Photo shoots run 45 to 90 minutes; video jobs run longer. What we're actually judging. Composition, first and last. Clean, level interiors with correct verticals, rooms that read the way they feel when you stand in them, and consistent framing from one shoot to the next. Most of what we deliver is interiors, even when the thumbnail is a front exterior. Show us real estate work you've shot, or strong interiors and architectural work of any kind. We would rather see six rooms that are right than forty that are close. How it's set up. This is independent contractor work, not employment. You run your own business, invoice us per completed shoot, set your own days and hours, control your own booking limits on our system, and are free to accept or decline any job and to shoot for other clients. You supply your own equipment, transportation, and insurance. Pay is per completed shoot on a published rate sheet, from about $100 for a basic listing shoot up to about $855 for our largest package with an agent video segment, with extra pay for drone, twilight, Matterport, agent video, and additional images on the same trip. Territory. Charleston proper, Mount Pleasant, West Ashley, James and Johns Island, plus Kiawah, Seabrook, and Wild Dunes. You'll need a reliable vehicle and to be comfortable covering the islands. Gear and license. Your own camera body, a wide lens (14 to 35mm on full frame, or the equivalent on a crop sensor, roughly 10 to 24mm on APS-C), a tripod, and your own drone. An FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, or a commitment to hold one within two months of starting. If you have the eye and not the license yet, apply anyway and tell us your timeline. Reliable, on time, and easy for agents to work with. Video, shortly after you start. You do not need the video kit on day one. Within your first month or two you'll need a gimbal and a wireless lav or shotgun mic setup that gives clean, usable dialogue audio, and you'll need to be comfortable directing an agent through an on camera segment. If you already shoot video with recorded dialogue, tell us, it moves you up the list. Big plus. Experience with Matterport or Zillow Showcase capture. Twilight experience. Any experience directing nervous people on camera. To apply.
