Do you love working with children? Are you organized, dependable, and looking for a fun, flexible position with room to grow? Studio Z is looking for a Picture Day Assistant to help create an exceptional photography experience for preschools in the Tri-Cities area. This is a part-time, flexible position with the opportunity to train and advance into a photographer role for the right person. What You'll Do As a Picture Day Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping picture day run smoothly by: Assisting the photographer during picture days Greeting children and helping them feel comfortable and excited Helping pose children and ensuring they look their best Maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere Setting up and breaking down photography equipment Providing outstanding customer service to school staff and families No photography experience is required for this position (but, it is a plus) —we'll provide training. We're looking for someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine love for working with children. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic Loves working with children of all ages Highly organized and dependable Professional and punctual Flexible with changing schedules and work locations Comfortable standing and moving throughout the day Able to lift and carry photography equipment (up to approximately 40 lbs.) A strong communicator who works well as part of a team Willing to travel to schools throughout the Tri-City area Opportunity for Growth We're looking for someone who wants to grow with our company. Outstanding assistants will have the opportunity to receive photography training and move into a Picture Day Photographer position as Studio Z continues to expand.
