We're looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Souvenir Photographer/Sales Associates at Gaylord Opryland for the ICE season . You'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through photography and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner Take high-quality souvenir photographs using company-provided equipment Promote and sell photo packages and merchandise to guests Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the photo area and retail space Meet daily sales and photo-taking goals Ensure excellent guest satisfaction from first interaction to final sale Handle cash, credit transactions, and upsell promotions with confidence

Qualifications :

Previous customer service, sales, or photography experience is a plus (but not required — we train!) Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Comfortable using digital cameras and POS systems Ability to work standing for long periods and in varying weather conditions (if outdoors) Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual Must be available on weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons
