We have steady listing volume and need reliable independents to take work when the primary roster is booked out 48+ hours.
Real Estate Photography:
1 year (Required)
Responsibilities:
MLS listing photography across DFW (Dallas, Tarrant, Collin counties) Knowledgeable in taking Aerial shots, Cinematic/Social Media Reels Video, and Twilight photos. 35+ high-res photos per listing, 3983 × 2655 @ 300dpi minimum Same-day or next-day raw upload Direct agent scheduling through our booking portal 2-4 shoots per day achievable during peak season (March-July)
Requirements :
Full-frame body, wide-angle (16-35mm or equiv.), tripod, off-camera flash/strobe Reliable vehicle, valid license, current auto insurance Weekday + weekend availability Free of any non-compete restrictions from prior employers E&O insurance or willingness to bind before first shoot FAA Part 107 (drone) — opens aerial add-ons Existing DFW MLS shooting experience. Advantage Familiarity with Aryeo or comparable booking platforms. Advantage Must have reliable internet connection. 1099 independent contractors.
Estimated Compensation:
From $61.25 per shoot (commission, 35% of ticket ; higher-tier packages pay more) •Send portfolio link (10-20 real estate shots, MLS-grade), DFW coverage area, gear list, and earliest available start to . No phone calls. No agencies.
