Co-owner Kalli—a former reality TV star from the original Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders (making the team in seasons 1 and 6)—alongside her partner George, brings an energetic, camera-ready spirit to our historic North Texas property. We are a boutique resort sitting on a goldmine of authentic West Texas content. From our team of wild personality managers, herd and working horse barn to live-fire steakhouse cooking and high-end corporate retreats, our property is bursting with stories waiting to be told. We are ready to launch our very own YouTube Channel , and we need a creative storyteller to bring it to life. Your Mission You will capture the heartbeat of Wildcatter Ranch. We aren't looking for stiff corporate videos—we want informative, funny, engaging, and visually stunning short-form and long-form YouTube content that showcases our resort, our staff, our animals, and our unique West Texas lifestyle. Capture:

Behind-the-Scenes & Craft Profiles:

Interviewing our local farrier at the horse barn ( why, how, and who is he? ) or following the team that cuts and seasons the firewood used to cook every steak over our live-fire grill.

Event Chronicles:

Following our events team behind-the-scenes during massive corporate retreats and weddings.

Wildlife & Nature Features:

Immersive wildlife-focused videos exploring the Young County flora, fauna, and trail systems.

Horse Personalities:

Dedicated spotlights introducing our horses, their distinct personalities, quirks, and backgrounds. Meet the

Profile pieces introducing each wrangler and their unique ranch story.

Owner-Led Features:

Occasionally filming George and Kalli as they share their vision, jump into ranch activities, and interact with guests and staff (and banter back and forth!)

What We Are Looking For Self-Starter Energy:

A MUST!! You can roam the ranch, spot a great story organically, pitch an idea, and execute it independently! This is KEY!

Camera & Editing Mastery:

Proven experience shooting and editing video content.

A Natural Storyteller:

You know how to ask engaging questions, make interview subjects feel comfortable on camera, and pace a video to keep viewers hooked.

Ranch-Ready Attitude:

You don't mind walking through dirt, hanging out near horse stalls, or braving the Texas heat to get the ultimate shot. Why Join Wildcatter?
