We are looking for a Photographer to support a Contract assignment in Texas for a public-facing community event within the Government sector. This role will focus on capturing high-quality on-site images throughout the event and documenting key moments with an experienced, detail-oriented approach. The ideal candidate brings strong event photography experience, works confidently with their own equipment, and can deliver a smooth on-site photo capture process.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive ahead of the event start time to prepare equipment, confirm shooting locations, and ensure readiness for coverage.
• Photograph the event from beginning to end, capturing a variety of moments, attendees, and atmosphere in a visually compelling way.
• Use personal high-quality photography gear, including camera bodies, lenses, lighting, and related accessories, to achieve strong results on site.
• Manage image capture in real time to produce clear, well-composed photos without reliance on extensive post-event enhancement.
• Support photo delivery during or after the event using an available tablet-based workflow or compatible application, as needed.
• Remain on site through event wrap-up to document closing activities and complete post-event breakdown responsibilities.
