Role The selected photographer will execute a structured corporate headshot production for up to 25 participants. The assignment is focused on efficient capture, participant direction, consistency, and adherence to Gemini Studio Photography's established visual and client-service standards. Camera, lighting, backdrop, and production setup will be pre-configured by Gemini Studio Photography. Responsibilities Photograph up to 25 corporate participants efficiently within the scheduled production window Capture both a professional corporate headshot and a lifestyle/personal-brand portrait variation Maintain consistent framing, exposure, composition, posing, crop, and image quality across all participants Direct expressions and posing confidently and efficiently Follow Gemini Studio Photography's approved creative brief, production standards, and client-service expectations Work within the established camera, lighting, backdrop, and production setup Maintain a professional, polished, and efficient presence with corporate participants Follow the on-site production flow established by Gemini Studio Photography Transfer all captured files directly to GSP immediately following the assignment Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of all client and production files Escalate any client request, scope change, production issue, or deviation from the brief to GSP rather than making independent commitments Production Structure The photographer will report on-site to Gemini Studio Photography's Production Lead, who will oversee the set, lighting configuration, production workflow, setup, and breakdown. The photographer is responsible primarily for photographic execution and participant direction. The photographer is not authorized to independently modify pricing, scope, deliverables, creative specifications, production requirements, or contractual terms. All images and production files created during the assignment remain under Gemini Studio Photography's management. The photographer may not independently edit for delivery, distribute, publish, license, sell, release, submit, or use project images in a personal portfolio without written authorization from Gemini Studio Photography. Requirements Portfolio required with application Portfolio must demonstrate professional headshots, corporate portraiture, executive portraiture, or relevant high-volume work Demonstrated experience managing high-volume corporate headshot sessions Proven ability to maintain consistent results across multiple participants Strong posing and expression-direction skills Experience working with executives, employees, or professional teams Strong working knowledge of studio lighting and off-camera flash Comfortable stepping into a pre-configured camera and lighting system Strong understanding of exposure, focal length, framing, composition, and consistent portrait capture Comfortable following an established creative brief without independently changing the visual direction Professional client-facing communication Reliable, punctual, organized, and efficient Able to work calmly in a structured, fast-moving corporate environment Reliable transportation within DFW Professional camera-handling and file-management practices Application Requirements Applicants must include: Link to current photography portfolio Relevant corporate headshot or portrait examples Brief description of prior high-volume headshot experience Camera system and professional equipment experience Confirmation of availability for the assignment Confirmation of ability to work within a pre-set GSP lighting and camera workflow Applications without a relevant portfolio may not be considered. Compensation $40-$50 per hour. Expected photography window is up to two hours , depending on final participant count and client flow. This is a contract/freelance assignment with potential for recurring Gemini Studio Photography projects based on performance, reliability, consistency, professionalism, and adherence to GSP standards.

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
