We are currently hiring Photography Team Assistants to support our school picture day team. This is NOT a photographer position , so if you are looking to shoot sessions or build a photography portfolio, this role will not be the right fit. This position is perfect for stay-at-home moms, part-time workers, or individuals looking for flexible, seasonal work. I am also looking for a floater. About the Role We provide preschool and school photography across the Katy, Cypress, and Rosenberg areas. Our assistants play a key role in making picture day smooth, organized, and fun for children. This is a contract, seasonal position , meaning work is available during peak seasons and lighter during off months.

Work Schedule Busy Seasons:

Spring (March-May) and Fall (September-November)

Off Months:

Most of December, January, part of February, and summer Workdays are typically weekday mornings (early start times) Travel Requirements You must have reliable transportation We travel to multiple school locations across: Katy Cypress Richmond/Rosenberg This is not a good fit if you do not have dependable transportation or are not comfortable driving between locations. Job Responsibilities Assist with organizing children for picture day Help clean faces, fix hair, and ensure children are camera-ready Guide children into simple poses Help keep lines moving efficiently and calmly Support the photographer during sessions Create a positive, patient, and fun environment for young children Physical Requirements Must be able tolift at least 30 lbs (equipment, props, children.) Comfortable with bending, squatting, and sitting on the floor Able to be on your feet for several hours during picture day What We're Looking For Friendly, patient, and great with young children Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Able to follow direction and stay organized
