Job Description
About the Role The Ames Team is a Southern Utah high-producing real estate team, and we're bringing our listing media fully in-house. We are looking for one talented person who knows our standards, shoots on our schedule, and owns the visual quality of everything we put in front of buyers and sellers. This is a salaried, full-time position — not contract, not per-shoot. You'll be the sole media producer for the team, shooting listings across Washington County and producing the photo and video assets our agents use to market them. What You'll Do Photograph residential listings — interiors, exteriors, twilight, drone — from vacant starter homes to luxury properties Shoot and produce property walkthrough videos for each listing Edit and deliver finished photo sets on a tight turnaround Produce vertical-format video cuts of listings for online distribution, where the majority of buyers first see a property Capture and edit agent-facing video content —market updates, community and neighborhood features, listing highlights, and testimonial footage Maintain a consistent visual style across everything the team publishes Required Skills & Experience Photography 2+ years shooting real estate, architecture, or interiors (or a portfolio that clearly demonstrates you can) Strong command of natural and supplemental lighting in interior spaces Composition, verticals, and lens choice for property work Lightroom /
