Northern Virginia - Part-Time Real Estate Photographer Flexible Photography Opportunities | $200 Per Property Are you an experienced real estate photographer looking for flexible, project-based work with a growing property management company? Bay Property Management Group (BMG) is looking for a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented 1099 Real Estate Photographer to help showcase our residential rental properties throughout Loudoun County, Prince William County, Fairfax County, Arlington, and Washington, DC. About the Opportunity As a Real Estate Photographer, you'll visit residential properties and capture professional, inviting images for our rental listings. You'll have the flexibility of working on an assignment-based schedule, with typically 1-2 photography assignments per week, depending on property needs and scheduling. We're looking for someone who is dependable, highly communicative, organized, and able to manage their time and projects effectively. A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service are essential. What You'll Do Review assigned photography appointments and property details. Plan your route and schedule efficiently to minimize travel time. Prepare your photography equipment before each appointment. Arrive early and prepared for scheduled appointments. Complete a brief walkthrough of each property before photographing. Capture high-quality photos according to the required photography package. Professionally edit photos following each shoot. Deliver fully edited, polished, listing-ready photos to BMG. Upload completed photos to the company's software/platform. Communicate with the BMG team regarding scheduling, property access, or other appointment details. Provide a professional and courteous experience when interacting with tenants, owners, vendors, and BMG team members. What We're Looking For Previous real estate photography experience preferred. Own professional-quality camera and photography equipment. Strong photo-editing skills and an eye for detail. Ability to produce professional, listing-ready images. Dependable vehicle and current, valid driver's license. Reliable transportation throughout Loudoun County, Prince William County, Fairfax County, Arlington, and Washington, DC. Computer or laptop with reliable high-speed internet. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organization and time/project management abilities. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team. Compensation $200 per completed property Schedule Part-time, assignment-based Typically 1-2 assignments per week Primarily daytime appointments Monday-Friday assignments are most common Weekend availability may occasionally be needed Assignment volume may vary based on property needs Coverage Area You'll primarily photograph properties throughout: Loudoun County, Prince William County, Fairfax County, Arlington,and Washington, DC. Occasional assignments outside these areas may arise, but this will be very rare. Position Type Part-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor This opportunity is best suited for someone who enjoys flexible, project-based photography work and can accommodate assignments as they become available.
