Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and self-motivated Weekend Studio Assistant who can confidently manage the studio during weekend hours. This role requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, and keep operations running smoothly without constant supervision. No more than 10-15 hours per work week. Friday to Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and close the studio during scheduled shifts. Greet clients and provide excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of all studio areas Reset studio spaces between bookings Monitor sessions and ensure studio guidelines are followed Assist with light setup and breakdown of equipment or props Capture behind-the-scenes content when needed Support basic social media activity (stories, posts, engagement) Identify and handle tasks without being prompted

Requirements:

Must be able to work independently and stay productive without supervision Reliable transportation is required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Comfortable working alone during shifts Ability to thrive in a creative and family-oriented environment Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems Preferred (Not Required): Interest in photography, content creation, or creative spaces Previous customer service or studio experience

We are not looking for someone who needs constant direction. We want someone who notices what needs to be done and handles it. Reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
