Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Automotive Lot Attendant to manage our vehicle inventory and keep our dealership lot organized. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that all vehicles are clean, properly parked, and ready for our customers. Duties Inventory Management:

Organize, move, and park vehicles across the lot to maximize space and maintain a clean, visually appealing display.

Vehicle Photography:

Take photos of new and used vehicles quickly and uploading them via inventory management software.

Lot Maintenance:

Keep the dealership lot clean and free of debris. Assist with snow removal or weather-related cleanup when necessary.

Logistics Support:

Receive new vehicle shipments, check for transport damage, and verify serial numbers against delivery logs.

Sales Support:

Assist the service and sales departments by retrieving vehicles for customers or other staff members.

Run Errands:

Drive vehicles to off-site locations for fueling, registration, or emissions testing as needed.

Compliance:

Ensuring all vehicles are properly tagged and displayed for business purposes. Requirements Experience operating standard passenger cars and familiarity with manual transmissions preferred. Knowledge of safe work practices related to vehicle handling, cleaning procedures, and equipment use. Prior auto detailing experience including vehicle paint correction, buffing, and interior cleaning is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards clients and team members. Basic understanding of custodial or janitorial tasks related to maintaining cleanliness standards on the lot. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers effectively. Pride in workmanship, and appearance is important. Ability to operate camera equipment and computer software is a must.
