In this energetic role, you will capture captivating images and videos that showcase the unique features of each property, helping clients attract potential buyers and renters. Your expertise in photography and videography will be essential in creating compelling visual stories that elevate real estate listings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend artistic vision with technical skill in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. We are looking to add one more photographer at this time to join our team of 4 photographers. We have been providing real estate photography all over the PNW for the past 10 years. This person needs to be based in the Auburn/Federal Way area. This position is a 1099 position and will primarily start out as a vacation/sick relief position with varied days and hours. Hours are between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. If this working relationship proves successful, it could transition into regularly scheduled hours in the future. If you are looking for guaranteed hours each week, this is not for you. The hours and days worked do vary depending on the needs of the business and the real estate market.
Requirements:
Have a reliable tripod Have a newer camera with the ability to purchase a lens 5 star customer service Outgoing and friendly On time and reliable Reliable transportation Knowledge of cameras and they way photography works Artistic eye Drone experience and a part 107 FAA license is a huge plus! Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced freelance Real Estate Photographer to capture high-quality interior and exterior images of residential real estate listings within the greater south King County and North Pierce County areas. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, offering complete schedule flexibility. We handle the client acquisition and billing; you focus on shooting.
What You Will Do:
Photograph residential properties utilizing HDR technique or bracketed ambient/flash exposures (Flambient). We will train as needed. Capture smooth walk-through video tours and vertical social media reels. Conduct aerial drone photography of properties and neighborhood features. Upload media to our drive within 60 minutes of the shoot completion.
Requirements:
Camera Body:
Full-frame DSLR or Mirrorless camera.
Lens:
Ultra-wide angle lens (at least 16-35mm on full-frame, or equivalent). No fish-eye lenses.
Support:
Sturdy tripod with a geared or ball head. Drone (Preferred): Active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate for commercial drone operations. This can be acquired during training.
Transportation:
Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license to travel to properties.
Portfolio:
A digital portfolio or website demonstrating mastery of vertical lines, interior lighting, and composition. How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a link to your real estate or architectural photography portfolio . Applications without a portfolio link will not be considered.
