Seasonal Photo Editing Assistant & Customer Experience Associate Cookies With Santa at Miracle at Big Rock Creek Looking for a fun seasonal job during the holidays? Join our team at Miracle at Big Rock Creek , a magical Christmas light festival! We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy individual to help create memorable Cookies With Santa experiences for our guests. This position combines customer service with photo editing and is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new technology, and being part of a festive holiday atmosphere. Responsibilities Welcome guests and check in reservations. Greet families and review their session information. Collect and organize guests' coats during their photo experience. Set out cookies and help create a warm, welcoming environment. Assist Santa and the photographer throughout each session. Perform light cleaning and keep the photo area organized. Edit photos as they are taken using Evoto AI and Adobe Photoshop . Guide guests through viewing their images before they leave. Help guests select their favorite images and answer questions about their photos. Recommend and upsell additional photos when appropriate.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Enjoys talking with people and providing excellent customer service. Is comfortable using computers and learning new software. Has strong attention to detail. Can work independently while also being part of a team. Is organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Has photo editing experience (preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right person). Schedule Seasonal Position Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday November 27- December 20 5:15 PM
- 8:45 PM Pay $15
- 20 per hour , based on experience.
