Service Territory:

Coverage is roughly a 30-mile radius based out of Martinsburg, WV , primarily serving the West Virginia Eastern Panhandle (Berkeley, Jefferson, and Morgan counties), with potential assignments extending into nearby border regions of Maryland (Hagerstown/Washington Co.) and Virginia (Winchester/Frederick Co.).

Zero Client Management & Zero Editing Required:

This position is strictly field capture. You do not handle client communications, marketing, billing, customer service, or post-production editing. We manage the entire business infrastructure—you simply show up, shoot the property, upload the unedited raw files to our portal or folder, and get paid. 100% Flexible Schedule via

If you need to block out multiple days, extended periods, or full weeks, we require advance notice so we can manage coverage across your region.

Flexible Same-Day Execution:

When an assignment comes in on a day you are available, you choose when to execute the shoot. For example, if you are unavailable on Wednesdays, assignments booked for Thursday simply need to be shot and uploaded that day. As long as the raw files are uploaded before sundown , you control your daily route.

Candidate Profiles We Are Hiring:

All applications will be considered! While we select primary operators for high-volume routes, we actively hire backup photographers and drone techs across all regions. If our primary shooter is booked, out sick, or on personal leave, excess overflow shoots are automatically routed to our backup roster. While we are open to all camera configurations, candidates who fit Option C (Full Field Tech) are prioritized for primary positions and receive the highest pay tier . Option A — Full Field Tech (TOP PAY): Qualified to capture both interior/exterior ground photos (DSLR/Mirrorless) and aerial drone footage. (DJI Mini 3/4 Pro, Air series, or an equivalent drone) FAA Part 107 license preferred, but we welcome strong photographers with drone gear who are open to getting certified. Option B —

Ground Photographer:

Equipped with a DSLR or Mirrorless camera, ultra-wide-angle lens (16-35mm full-frame or 10-18mm crop equivalent), and a sturdy tripod. Option C —

Drone Specialist:

Holds an active FAA Part 107 Commercial License and operates a 4K camera drone (DJI Mini 3/4 Pro, Air series, or equivalent).

Requirements:

Must be an independent 1099 contractor with required gear in good working order. Reliable personal transportation. Ability to follow standardized exposure guidelines and shoot lists (3-to-5 bracketed HDR exposures). Capability to upload raw files high-speed the same day before sundown.

Pay:
