We work inside nightlife venues, private events, weddings, celebrations, and other high-energy environments using roaming photography, instant prints, custom photo frames, digital galleries, selfie experiences, and event-specific branding.

Create memories that stick. The Position We are looking for outgoing, dependable, energetic people to join Pose & Peel as Roaming Event Photographers / Brand Ambassadors . This is not a traditional photography job where you stand behind a camera waiting for people to come to you. You will move throughout an event, approach guests, create excitement, encourage photos, capture great moments, and help turn the photography experience into part of the entertainment. You do not need to be a professional photographer to apply. We can train the right person on our equipment, photography workflow, printing system, and Pose & Peel process. Personality, reliability, confidence, and the ability to interact with people matter just as much as camera experience. What You'll Do Roam throughout events and interact with guests Confidently approach individuals and groups for photos Help guests pose naturally and have fun Capture high-quality event photographs Use Pose & Peel's photography and printing equipment Apply event-specific photo frames and overlays Assist guests with instant prints and digital photos Promote available photo products during events Process customer purchases when required Maintain a professional and organized work area Represent Pose & Peel professionally while working with venues and clients Help create an energetic, welcoming experience throughout the event Follow equipment, cash-handling, customer-service, and event procedures Who We're Looking For You may be a strong fit if you are: Energetic and outgoing Comfortable approaching strangers Friendly without being pushy Confident in crowded social environments Reliable and punctual Professional with customers Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, cameras, and basic technology Able to learn new equipment and software Detail-oriented Able to work independently Comfortable handling customer payments when necessary Able to stay focused in fast-moving environments Creative and willing to help people feel comfortable in front of the camera Photography, hospitality, nightlife, sales, promotional, entertainment, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required . Physical Requirements This is an active event position.

Applicants should be able to:

Stand and walk for several hours during an event Move comfortably through crowded venues Carry and operate lightweight photography equipment Bend, reach, and move as needed while taking photographs Work in environments that may include loud music, flashing lights, crowds, and nightlife activity Work evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays depending on event schedules Compensation Compensation is event-based and may include: Starting base pay of $100 per booked event Plus opportunities for: Commission on qualifying photo sales Performance incentives Event bonuses Additional responsibilities and advancement as Pose & Peel grows Strong-performing photographers may earn significantly more depending on event length, attendance, and sales.
