WSFA/WCOV
is seeking a Part-Time Technical Media Producer (MCO). This position offers a great opportunity for a motivated individual with a technical aptitude who is passionate about media production and technical excellence. The scheduled shift is on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 am - 8:00 pm, with occasional coverage for other shifts at various times. Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Operation of "on air" television equipment and monitoring for quality control
- Record and playback programs with commercial insertion in a multi-channel, automated broadcast environment.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must demonstrate a good working knowledge of computers and ability to work with equipment in a complex technical environment. Broadcast experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Must be able to troubleshoot / problem solve and work with strict deadlines.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- College degree or technical education is preferred.
