Job Description

We're seeking detail-oriented Associate Producers to join our production team.

Responsibilities:

On Location Confirm wide area release is shot before filming begins; log time/camera used Note exteriors and B-roll Support Field Producer, Segment Producer, and Production Coordinator as needed Monitor cast social media (IG) and screen-record relevant content During Shoot Take diligent field notes Stay tuned into IFB at all times, including when cameras are down, and flag important off-camera conversations to Field Producer Post-Shoot Compile notes into a hotsheet with scene-by-scene summaries; submit to Field Producer for review Turn in notes within 24 hours (48-72 hours for cast events) Write accurate, detailed, unembellished accounts that capture the scene's overall objective Proofread carefully for spelling, punctuation, and accuracy Upload Google Doc field notes to shared drive for Field Producer review

Strong writing and observational skills Ability to multitask on a fast-paced set Reliable, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Comfortable communicating proactively with Field Producer
