From managing inventory and production priorities to supporting team efficiency, this role is essential in delivering the exceptional products and experiences our guests love. In this role, you directly support our mission of Creating & Sharing the Experience of a More Flavorful Life ® by ensuring every product is prepared with quality, consistency, and care so each guest leaves inspired to explore new flavors. Responsibilities A Production Manager will be expected to:- Maintain daily production needs, including floor stock, backstock, bulk bins, blends, samplers, and bundles
- Assess store needs and prioritize daily and weekly production tasks
- Ensure high-demand products are consistently stocked and available
- Blend, package, and label products accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels of bulk items and communicate ordering needs
- Forecast production needs based on seasonality and sales trends
- Maintain adequate supplies of labels, packaging, and production materials
- Fulfill phone, and business-to-business orders in a timely manner
- Support organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and blend room
- Train and coach store team members on production process and procedure
- Delegate and support production-related tasks such as stocking, labeling, and preparation
- Collaborate with store leadership to maintain efficiency and meet operational goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Owner Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of retail, production, or inventory management experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills
- Ability to utilize simple math skills in measuring ingredients, reading a scale, and following recipes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills to ensure inventory and production needs are clearly understood
- Ability to train and support team members in production processes
- Adaptability and willingness to pivot based on store needs Physical Demands
- Regular use of kitchen tools to prepare daily blends
- Maneuver around stockroom and production areas; involves bending, standing, twisting, and lifting
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Frequent lifting and moving products weighing up to 50 lbs.
