We are a fast-growing event agency looking for an Experiential Producer in Culver City to lead the physical execution of immersive pop-ups, brand activations, and large-scale interactive events. You will be the operational anchor of our projects, the person who bridges the gap between wild creative ideas and structural realities. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire production lifecycle, managing complex budgets, leading vendor teams, and ensuring that what the client sees on paper is exactly what they step into on opening night. Duties & Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of experiential projects, from initial scoping and budget development to on-site build, live show-running, and teardown Translate creative concepts and 3D renderings into actionable production schedules, fabrication plans, and technical specifications Source, hire, and direct a diverse network of external vendors, including custom scenic fabricators, AV/lighting technicians, and staffing agencies across the greater Los Angeles area Act as a primary operational contact for clients during the production phase, providing transparent updates on timelines, budget tracking, and logistics Collaborate closely with internal creative and account teams to ensure the physical build aligns perfectly with the initial brand strategy and design intent Oversee all on-site logistics, load-in, and strike, serving as the ultimate problem-solver and decision-maker when live-environment challenges arise Navigate and secure necessary venue approvals, city permits, and safety compliance documentation for complex builds in Culver City, LA, and beyond Qualifications & Skills 3-5 years of experience in technical production, experiential marketing, or event project management, ideally within an agency environment Strong working knowledge of custom scenic fabrication, audio/visual integration, spatial design, and staging Proven ability to build and manage complex, multi-layered event budgets (often in the six-to-seven-figure range) without losing track of the details Excellent client-facing communication skills with a knack for explaining technical production constraints in clear, constructive ways A robust existing network of reliable event vendors, fabricators, and freelance crew members in the Southern California market High pressure-tolerance; you remain level-headed, adaptable, and solution-oriented when the unexpected happens on-site Willingness to travel for site visits and live activations, including working evenings and weekends during peak production weeks Benefits & Perks Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Generous paid time off (PTO), plus mandatory recovery days following major weekend events Why Join Us?
