We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced creative producer to support content production for the App Store. Description The producer sits at the heart of the App Store, working cross-functionally with design, video, editorial, and production teams to coordinate and deliver engaging promotions and campaigns to our customers.

Crucial to this role is a global mindset. The App Store Producer will work with teams in multiple countries, timezones, and dependencies. This role is for someone who has a proven track record of cross-functional teamwork, exercises the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality, and operates with urgency and composure under pressure. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end production of projects for the App Store Build, refine, and communicate the processes and timelines that power content on the App Store Deliver projects against tight and sometimes shifting deadlines, while maintaining a positive and proactive approach Collaborate with global cross-functional, international teams (including editorial, design, production, business management, localization) to produce high-quality work that excites and engages our audience Manage QA processes across content types, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and a seamless live experience for customers Define and implement workflows that support new and evolving business priorities, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous or fast-moving initiatives Coordinate business affairs and legal approvals where required Partner with operations and engineering teams to shape new tools and systems Minimum Qualifications 6+ years of related work experience in digital, UX, or creative production Experience creating and effectively managing project plans for large campaigns, outlining dependencies and managing all stages of production from ideation to launch Ability to tackle complex problems, proactively anticipate project needs, and seamlessly adapt to change, all while leading teams through a project's life cycle Keen eye for detail and familiarity with digital asset specifications, design concepts, terminology, and style guides Strong record of partnership and collaboration with cross-functional teams Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows, with a proactive approach to integrating emerging technologies to improve production efficiency and creative output Ability to meet deadlines and results while juggling many priorities within tight timeframes Resourceful, creative, and results-focused while working in a high-energy environment Experience managing the production of new programs, products, and features Excellent social and oral/written communication skills Preferred Qualifications Creative Agency experience is a plus Experience with App Store and familiarity with games and apps Familiarity with localization workflows and producing content for global markets Experience leveraging AI tools (such as generative AI, automation, or AI-assisted workflows) to streamline production processes Bachelors degree preferred Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $119,700 and $180,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
