The role You'll sit at the center of our buying and selling engine — tracking inventory, moving deals forward, and helping decide which watches we buy, trade, or pass on. No watch experience required; we train you on everything. What matters is a sharp mind, hunger to learn, and a love for making deals happen. What you'll own Keep our watch inventory pipeline moving — what's coming in, what's going out, what needs attention Track leads, deals, prices, and live market values so decisions stay fast and informed Review watch listings across marketplaces and flag what's worth buying or trading Work with our local and remote team to move watches through intake, authentication, listing, and fulfillment Support pricing, negotiation, sourcing, and trading calls Speak with buyers and sellers in a polished way that reflects a high-end brand Pitch in on product photos and short video clips (training provided; prior experience a plus) What we're looking for Background in sales, operations, trading, or another fast, decision-driven environment Strong communicator who's comfortable reaching out, following up, and keeping deals alive Highly organized, able to juggle several moving parts at once Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online marketplaces Self-motivated and able to run with things independently Any photo/video shooting or editing skill (phone or camera) is a bonus You'll thrive here if you love deal-making and spotting value, want to learn the luxury watch market from the inside, and get energized by fast decisions in a dynamic startup.
