Our work combines strategy, creative thinking, meticulous production, and measurable social and environmental impact. Clients have included Netflix, Glow Recipe, Olaplex, Peacock, iHeartRadio, Capitol Records, Samsung and more. We are looking for an experienced Producer to join our growing team and lead the production of complex experiential programs from concept through execution. About the Role As a Producer, you will own the day-to-day production of assigned projects, taking them from initial planning through onsite execution and final reconciliation. You will be responsible for building and managing production plans, budgets, schedules, vendors, venues, staffing, and logistics while serving as a trusted client-facing member of the team. This role is for someone who is highly organized, financially disciplined, solutions-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership. You should know how to anticipate problems before they happen, communicate clearly with clients and partners, and keep complex productions moving without losing sight of the creative vision.

Head of Client Partnerships & CEO Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end production of assigned experiential projects, ensuring work is delivered on scope, on budget, and on schedule Develop and manage detailed production timelines, workback schedules, trackers, run-of-show documents, and onsite plans Own project budgets from initial estimates through ongoing tracking, change management, and final reconciliation Monitor project financials and make production decisions that protect both the client budget and agency margin Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact for production-related communication, recommendations, approvals, and updates Translate approved creative concepts and client objectives into actionable production plans Source, negotiate with, contract, and manage venues, fabricators, technical partners, rental companies, caterers, staffing teams, and other production vendors Manage vendor scopes, bids, purchase orders, insurance requirements, permits, and production documentation Identify scope changes early and communicate budget, schedule, and operational implications clearly Lead site visits, technical walkthroughs, load-ins, rehearsals, live events, and load-outs Direct onsite vendors, freelancers, coordinators, and production teams while serving as a lead Analog representative Partner closely with creative, account, technical, and operations teams to ensure creative ideas are executable, financially responsible, and produced to a high standard Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and present solutions before issues impact the client or guest experience Maintain organized project documentation and ensure information is accurate, current, and accessible to the wider team Support and guide coordinators, freelancers, and junior production team members assigned to projects Participate in agency brainstorms and contribute production expertise during concept development and pitching Integrate Analog's sustainability standards into sourcing, production decisions, waste reduction, vendor management, and post-event impact measurement Who You Are You take ownership and do not wait to be told what needs to happen next You are highly organized and comfortable managing many moving pieces simultaneously You communicate clearly and confidently with clients, vendors, and internal teams You understand both the creative ambition and operational reality of experiential production You are financially disciplined and comfortable making decisions against a project budget You stay calm when plans change and are quick to develop practical solutions You have high standards for details, documentation, and onsite execution You enjoy working collaboratively while being capable of independently driving your projects forward You care about creating excellent work in a more thoughtful and sustainable way Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience producing experiential marketing programs, live events, brand activations, premieres, conferences, or similar experiences Demonstrated experience independently managing complex, high-profile productions Strong experience creating, managing, and reconciling event budgets Experience managing multiple vendors, venues, production partners, and workstreams simultaneously Strong understanding of event production logistics including fabrication, AV, lighting, scenic, rentals, catering, staffing, permitting, and venue operations Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills Comfortable presenting recommendations and production solutions directly to clients Highly proficient with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides Experience with project management and event production tools Ability to travel and work nights, weekends, and extended onsite production schedules as projects require Why Join Analog Produce ambitious experiential work for leading brands Join a growing independent agency where senior leaders remain closely involved in the work Take meaningful ownership of projects rather than operating within a highly layered agency structure Work alongside a collaborative team that values smart thinking, strong execution, and personal accountability Be part of a Certified B Corporation committed to raising the standard for sustainability in experiential production Grow your responsibilities as the agency continues to expand
