We manufacture fine jewelry for established designer brands, retailers, and private-label partners, managing products from development and sampling through production and final delivery. Our clients rely on us not only to manufacture their jewelry, but to anticipate production challenges, solve problems, maintain quality, and deliver on schedule. The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Production & Account Manager to manage the critical connection between our clients and our production team. This is not a traditional sales or customer-service position. You will take ownership of client programs from the moment an order or new design is received through development, production, quality control, and delivery. You will work directly with clients, account representatives, CAD designers, and our production floor to make sure products are manufacturable, expectations are clear, problems are identified early, and orders move through production correctly and on schedule. The right candidate understands both sides of the business: how to manage a client relationship and how fine jewelry is actually made. Responsibilities Own day-to-day relationships with assigned designer, wholesale, and private-label accounts Manage orders from PO through production, QC, and final delivery Review incoming purchase orders, specifications, CAD files, samples, and tech packs for accuracy and manufacturability Translate client requirements into clear instructions for production Coordinate closely with production leadership to prioritize jobs, manage capacity, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain delivery schedules Track work in process across open orders and proactively identify risks before they affect delivery Lead, support, and mentor account representatives while handling higher-level client issues and escalations Work directly with clients and our CAD/design team on new product development, revisions, samples, and production approvals Identify potential manufacturing issues involving construction, stone setting, tolerances, wall thicknesses, finishing, assembly, or other production requirements Communicate clearly with clients regarding pricing, lead times, revisions, delays, quality concerns, and production challenges Help improve internal processes, production visibility, and communication between account management and manufacturing Qualifications 5+ years of experience in fine jewelry or precious-metal manufacturing , ideally in production management, account management, product development, or a combination of these areas Strong working knowledge of fine jewelry manufacturing processes, including casting, stone setting, polishing, plating, assembly, and quality control Ability to review CAD files, renderings, technical drawings, or tech packs and identify potential manufacturing issues Experience managing multiple client programs, production schedules, and competing deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions when production challenges arise Experience supervising, mentoring, or leading other team members Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and comfortable managing detailed information across multiple active jobs Comfortable working with spreadsheets, order-management systems, and production-tracking tools Preferred Experience Experience working with designer jewelry brands, retailers, or private-label programs Hands-on jewelry manufacturing, bench, CAD, engineering, or product-development experience Experience with ERP or MRP systems Experience helping implement, migrate, or improve a production-management system This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a significant impact within a creative and growth-oriented environment.
