About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to spearhead critical content creation and production projects. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing long-term content strategies, managing complex initiatives from conception to launch, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality media products that resonate with diverse audiences. You'll act as a subject matter expert, guiding the design, development, and production of engaging content, while fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment across technical and creative teams. Key Responsibilities Drive the roadmap for complex content creation and production projects, incorporating innovative solutions and anticipating future challenges.

Lead and influence cross-functional teams, defining strategies for creative content production and establishing best practices, processes, and templates.

Act as a subject matter specialist in content and media design, development, writing, pre-production, physical production, post-production, publishing, and operations.

Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party agencies and other external partners, as well as internal teams, to optimize creative and production proposals.

Generate creative ideas and devise optimal solutions for product, design, or production problems of high complexity and scope.

Drive the creative and technical vision for content, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and directing changes across disciplines for optimal project development.

Foster a climate of belonging and psychological safety within the team, encouraging inclusive decision-making and facilitating inclusive meetings. What You'll Bring Proven experience in project management, specifically within content creation and production.

Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to document processes and project details clearly.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at various levels.

Strong awareness and understanding of content creation processes and methodologies.

A track record of building strong internal and external relationships and collaborating across diverse teams.

Experience in developing and enhancing production plans and strategies. Bonus Points Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro.

Familiarity with Figma.

Knowledge of developer tools.
