  • As a Marketing Producer , you drive outcomes for content creation and production projects within a Product Area (PA) or across multiple content and media projects, impacting key results and driving processes.
You contribute to long-term strategy development and drive the production of content and media products that address the needs of multiple types of audiences. Acting as a subject matter specialist, you demonstrate expertise related to content and media design, development, writing, production (including pre-production, physical production, and post-production), publishing, and operations. You generate ideas to solve product, design, or production problems of high complexity and scope with multiple approaches, reaching an optimal solution and foresight to anticipate and address future issues. Influencing and collaborating across technical and production teams, you build strong relationships internally and externally, develop and enhance production plans and strategies, drive technical and creative visions, and create compelling stories. Responsibilities Drive content creation and production projects within a PA or across multiple content/media projects to impact key business results. Lead end-to-end production lifecycles including planning, pre-production, physical production, post-production, publishing, and operations. Solve complex problems across product, design, and production scopes by evaluating multiple approaches and implementing optimal solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams including technical and production groups to align creative visions, develop production plans, and scale narratives. Establish clear documentation and organized workflows to maintain alignment, track milestones, and scale content operations efficiently. Anticipate production risks and technical challenges by applying industry foresight to long-term strategy and media distribution. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience in project management, managing end-to-end creative workflows, content creation, or media production. Experience organizing production pipelines and maintaining structured project documentation. Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and managing technical or production timelines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with design and asset creation tools such as Figma . Experience with video editing and multimedia production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or the wider Adobe Creative Cloud suite. Experience collaborating directly with software engineers or utilizing developer tools and technical platforms. Ability to synthesize complex technical or product concepts into highly engaging visual or written narratives for diverse audiences.
