Works with writers, composers and artistic directors to develop ideas and scripts; oversees rehearsals or production schedule and budget; recruits financing to support production and marketing costs; negotiates distribution agreements. May also work on television or radio advertisements.

Job Description
- Build the reverse path: pulling translated strings from the repository and writing them back into the game's native format.
- Automate the full sync cycle to run on a schedule and be triggerable manually.
- Handle sync failures and data edge cases (encoding, plurals, placeholders, partial syncs) without requiring manual intervention.
- Document how each adapter works and how to operate/troubleshoot it.
- Work across up to three different game codebases/engines over the course of the engagement, ramping up on each one's build and localization setup.
- Report status and flag risks to the Producer/PM directly; work independently between check-ins.

https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements Strong proficiency in at least one of Python, C++, or C#.- Experience building integrations or automation with external APIs/SDKs (this work is fundamentally: read one system, write to another, on a schedule).
- Experience with job scheduling/automation (cron, CI pipelines, task runners, or similar) and with running tools both on a schedule and on manual trigger.
- Comfortable working directly in version-controlled game/engine codebases (git or equivalent).
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; able to explain technical tradeoffs to a non-engineering PM/producer.
- Fast learner - able to get productive in an unfamiliar codebase or build pipeline quickly, since this role touches multiple different game projects.
- Autonomous day to day, while taking direction and priorities from the Producer/PM.
- Attention to data integrity: this role is handling production text content, so correctness on edge cases (special characters, plural forms, string placeholders) matters more than raw
